The master is actually called Johoshofat. Jon pertwee says "Johoshofat, it really is you," if you listen closely in 'the five Doctors'

@sirtinycreep it depends on your outlook, several incarnations of the doctor have not exactly been up to par but people enjoyed them, the current master is allot more excentric phycotic than the older more minyacle masters.
