@eriepanther If all the facts where there it would of been a different out come,all the facts are part of court records now, lets see what happenes.I'll be the first to tell you my kids aren't perfect,everyone has issues.Like I said if you have nothing to hide and was telling the truth,you would of done a video,you would be more then willing to take a lie detector test.people see this.They also see my ex didn't murder anybody.

I don't know anything about this case but I did hear the shooter say "step back" and he was holding a gun. Now either the guy who got shot is a dumb ass or he was up to no good. This was self defense all day long. I would be willing to bet the guy who was killed was a bully but he didn't bully that bullet.

opinions are like assholes! we all have them and some stink more then others! you or anyone for that matter have the right to your opinion on here. but the facts were presented to a jury of 12 and it came down to the facts why joel was convicted. and in my opinion joel got off easier then he should have! bottom line is your son who in his head wasnt going to let someone yell at him to slow the fuck down should of contined on his way. not stop his vehichle in the road and get out with a gun!

Does calling 911 give you the right to turn the car around, get out and confront and then shoot someone? The only thing that phone call proves is this person's guilt. Sorry if I see it differently than you.

@stellbo First of all, you know nothing. I know the man who was murdered. He and his family were coming from a picnic, and Joel [the murderer] was speeding down the street when Jay asked him to slow down because there were children. He completely drove past, and TURNED AROUND. He got out of his car and shot Jay in front of his fiance, and his children. This man doesn't deserve justice. Jay didn't threaten him, and Jay wasn't even moving. This was in cold vain.

@erieejustice911 i did not know the sacks had so much power and pull in this town. as far as i know the alternate jurror had no connection. lol i am pretty sure when they pick a jury they dont allow that! like i said before to me it is not about whether jay made all the right choices but ultimately joel made the worst choice! can not get out of your ride with a gun and shoot a unarmed man under any circumstance. thanks to AMERICA we have some standards unlike other countries! my stand in this entire incident is not whether jay made all the right decisions that day or other times in his life. my stand is joel did not need to exit his vehichle with his gun and shoot a man who wasnt armed with a weapon. to me i feel joel took the coward way out. he should of been a man and either continued on his way or if he wanted to play tough guy then he should of got out and fought jay because in your words he may of been able to "new york minute him" lol probably not!
