Mario Kart Wii - Oct 26 10 A

It's worth playing a bit of Battle Mode every now and then. I'm pretty glad that this game made online Battle Mode possible. I wonder why it didn't happen in Mario Kart DS.

Mushrooms are very inaccurate online because of the lag. You just have to boost near someone and hope that the other player actually got hit by it. For the most part, it doesn't happen. Actually, this goes for all weapons that rquire contact. I know Stars and Mega Mushrooms are like this too, though it's a bit easier with the Mega Mushroom because you grow huge. In this battle, you have a ridiculously high score on the red team. I have to wonder what was going on between my teammates that prevented them from launching successful attacks while letting themselves get hit so much, considering this continued to happen even after two of the players started moving.

N64 Skyscraper
Coin Runners
There seems to also be a coin-collecting beast on the red team, as seen from the very start. This battle was a particularly infuriating one from my point of view, since many times, a member on the Red Team got attacked, but the teamate who attacked them made no attempts to collect the Coins. It seems as though some of them think they're playing Balloon Battle.

Since most of these players were the same ones from the previous battle I put up, this was going along much the same way as in Skyscraper. However, it seems I fired a Blue Shell that actually brought the teammates over like sharks to blood, causing a huge redistribution of wealth. The scores wound up very narrow.

@Manacute1099 I'm too focused on attacking and defending myself to see what my teammates were doing most of the time. However, this DOES sometimes happen. I think they're just all new to the game and not sure how to battle.
