Y'know, the comments about slowing down aren't really useful. You all know The Entertainer, right? The piece was MENT to go slow, but everyone plays it so damn fast.

A piece has its written tempo, and there's MANY different ways of interpreting music. That's what makes music something you can FEEL... Not what everyone thinks it should sound like.

The piano, thing, I agree.... Find the kid a piano under $300 that fits the same area as an electric piano, THEN tell him to get it.

good, but I've got some advice.
When you look at Yundi Li playing this piece, he's putting his soul into his playing. you can have the same sound by: slowing down and increasing speed sometimes, crescendo / decrescendo, and by buying a decent, real piano.
