The 30 Hour Famine that took place all across America and at Hope Christian Church from 12:30 p.m. Friday Feb. 26 - 6:30 p.m. Saturday Feb. 27. Raising money for Haiti over the last couple months, and fasting for 30 hours we came together and slept in boxes all night, snowed, was freezing, uncomfortable, and hard to sleep (Especially with that Clock Tower EVERY HOUR.) but we came through and then served to the poor and needy in Chelsea, MA at a Soup Kitchen giving them a meal and a lot of food to bring home. We finished the Fast at 6:30 Saturday night with PANCAKES.

why we are being different, we're rebelling against the culture by preaching His name where it's not "socially acceptable", we are reading The Bible! everybody gets pregnant, does drugs, and drinks, its so old, so tired. Who reads their Bible and lives by it, lives by God, the Spirit? We ARE being differen. Man we use contemporary stuff to bring in the people to the church to be Different by using what they know to Glorify The Lord! God needs people who "Know the People" so they can be the seed!

Christianity is " contemporary " & mainstream to sale out popular culture. Christians say BE DIFFERENT be ' Christian(esp the young people) ....like a flock of sheep following a corporation of whats " IN"
