lj 1) The way I understand it, only those who GET a W2, will see their annual earnings taxed in a lower bracket. A tax cut won't translate to a tax credit for someone who didn't file a 1040 in the first place. 2) There may not be a correlation between the two initiatives, maybe the jobs will be a result of another pledge; but I can logically see where Google and Dell may consider insourcing call centers back on shore to get the tax cut and avoid outsource tax penalties. Circulate the dollar!

Can someone please explain this to me:

1) Why does Obama keep claiming that 95% of Americans will get a tax cut under his plan when only 70% of Americans even pay taxes to begin with?

2) How will raising taxes on small businesses and corporations create jobs?

I would love to hear from an Obama supporter. Extra points if you can: 1)respond without calling me a "racist" for daring to question the Messiah and 2)respond without using the words "hope", "change", or "Bush."
