Discharge should be cast on every cooldown, not held until you get 5 stacks. The additional damage you get is not worth the wait. It will take you 30 sec to build up those stacks and you can cast 2 discharges in that time.

I have a problem and need help. I feel really bad for not playing this game anymore but whenether I play this game my FPS drops and it's just annoying. But for the pc requirements my pc should run it easely. I don't have any viruses and my pc is not full of shit.
