@skjoyner I fish daily, and i've seen some of the best bass fishermen "cheat" to sell products, make a good show, or just to gain some kind of fame. This Jeff guy, seems likes another roland martin waiting to happen, only with catfish and not bass. I have an easier way of catching big cats in record time, my secret, is homemade baits with hazelnut and peppermint extract. Try it sometime and if you fished much u should know most fishermen are liars :D plain and fuckin simple get over it

I bought a Zebco 33 not too long ago and i've got to say.. They don't make them like they used to. You hook anything over 30" and you'll end up like me, stripped worm gears, pulling the line in by hand. Maybe i got a bad reel, maybe i caught too big of a fish.. All i know is that the old ones could pull out a 50lb turtle.

@DoKu69 That's the most retarded statement I ever heard about Jeff. You obviously don't have a clue who he is. Jeff is a catfish professional and sells his own line of catfish gear TeamCatfishDOTcom. Almost everyone knows him on the Texas Fishing Forums and at Catfish1DOTcom. His catfish dip bait has won catfish tournaments and catching catfish is easy on just about any lake that has catfish in them. If you fished much you should know this.

Is this just for catfishing can it be used in salt brackish water Im really considering getting a Hawg Seeker with bite alert just not sure yet
