The guys diesel as hell, and he ain't here to sell anything, he's giving advice...he's not Dr. Steve, and you shouldn't look at him as such...he's a guy who oboviously cares about his body, and cares about yours enough to want to help you accomplish whatever weight loss/weight gain goal you may have...

Oh hey! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.

Hey I'm only 16 and I would like to know if I'm doing enough cardio. I run at least 5 miles a day around 6 days a week. Is this enough? Does my young age mean I should do more? I'm eat healthy as well. Love the vids!

@BodyPerformanceTV I hope i'm not bombarding you too many questions on one go Steve, just few simple questions with a yes/no reply will do! 1. Can you out work your diet once you reach your desired weight? 2. Do you always drink a high sugar drink after an intensive workout? or just once per week to replace glycogen for the week? (Sorry for asking this again!) Thanks in advance!!

@xxxnicolxxx Once you reach your weight if your continue to workout you can be much more flexible with your eating. I usually have a small glass of Gatorade after my workouts BUT I workout VERY hard and 5 days in a row plus I'm not trying to lose weight.

Hi Steve! I got your site from ju-jitsu 101. I'm 51 years old and i do mostly olympic style lifting. Could you give me an example of intensity type of workout. Thanks
