Fructose is a sugar regardless of where it comes from it is still a sugar, and with candida this is a no,no, so there must be an alternative to this sugar?????????

Hi
I buy mine from the Health Food shop or Holland and Barrett. Where do you live?

I can't help but be puzzled that you use all these lovely healthy ingredients and then throw margerine as a vegan option for butter when there are so many beautiful organic oils which would be a much healthier substitute to margerine and work absolutely fine in the recipe...I really dont get it...

@63clarissacastro
Bio Maragrine is a healthy natural all organic with no additives, preservatives or colouring. they use lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, soya lecithine... thats it. It is NOT the marg that you buy in the shops like vitalite, flora ect...they are fake and plastic.
