record 2 (highest lift) might be broken soon because Doppelmayr may build a similar lift in Andermatt, Switzerland. If the lift is built it will go 480m above the ground setting a new world record. The lift will run from Nätschen to Gemsstock.

yes, it's a volcano. A volcano that broke the record for annual snowfall - 1140 inches or 2896 cms. Whistler, eat your heart out.
