it is working under Firefox but doesn't work under IE. it is multiplying select boxes in IE and they have no states inside. please help

@sever3d It is due to innerHTML IE bug. I have included links to working source in the description of the video.
Sorry i didn't check this app on IE, and thank you for pointing that out.
