LOL those of you who think he's the dictator haven't watched this movie, obvsly. There's a scene where our Sadam wanna be is trying to get the father to sign a confession, and CLEARLY explains that he takes his orders from someone else. Also, how many dictators go up 1 on 1 in fighter combat?
