If you are wanting to vote for Ron Paul in the caucus vote you have to be registered as a Republican if you are a louisiana voter? I made a video with a link where you can change your party in less than 5 min dead line if Dec 15 you can change RIGHT NOW. Registering R does not mean you are a warmonger it means you are hijacking the party and placing the right person in power.
