John Piper says that Jesus was both capable and incapable of sinning.

  • John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

1 Corinthians 12:3 no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except by the Holy Spirit.

John 1:13 They are reborn--not with a physical birth resulting from human passion (decision) or plan, but a birth that comes from God.

  • @lessingtom But also bc of the divine wrath that God would need to pour out on Jesus for the punishment that we deserved for our sins.. Noone can really know what this divine wrath feels like or a description of what jesus felt but Im guessing it was something far more painful physically & it was something spiritually horrific.

  • @lessingtom Some people are predestined for hell with no hope of salvation?

  • @MrSlippin22 How were you saved? Like literally or was this imagination ?

  • so how do i join this cult?

  • Do you know how Jesus whistles...? Through his hands because of the holes :)

  • the elect including me was as dead as a cadaver until he Jesus saved me made me born again. Ill send you 2 of my videos 1 of my testimony and the other when the lord began to opened my eyes to his sovereignty. ( Election)

The irony is that Calvinists believe that no one is able to come to Christ because all, including the elect, are as dead as a cadaver. How do you solve this problem? You devise a vile doctrine called "monergistic regeneration" which says that only the elect are resurrected unto life without them having to believe and then, AFTER REGENERATION, they are given the ability (through the gift of faith) to come to Christ. The elect saved then come to Christ so that they may be saved?

  • @lessingtom No, I did not mean that excruciating pain was the means of atonement for man's sins, a blameless pure sacrifice was. Excruciating pain was merely part of the death Jesus knew he was to die. I'm not saying that it was the main reason he did not want to go to the cross. It was merely my reply to another person's question upon whether or not Jesus asking for the cup to be withdrawn from him was disobedience to God.

  • and no not every single one of them is saved only his elect. Israel is where his chose elect started then us Gentiles became clean to save . see Peters vision form God when Gentiles became clean Acts 10:10- 46
