Google Analytics - Ask A Marketing Question

http://marketingartfully.com/ If you go to my website and ask a marketing question, sometimes you get a video answer! This is the question that one of my readers asked:

We want to review our Google analytics to see what we would like reported to us: do you have any recommendations for metrics that we can look at to help us measure the effect of the changes we are making? We want to be able to make changes that help us meet our goals. At the same time we may need to back out changes that move us backwards.
