Skyrim BUG "a cornered rat"

a bug i fond when trying to complete "a cornered rat" quest

that's not me skipping the voice there just no sounds and the door wont open

Ok so i was reading,

if you are stuck on this the you have to open console commands and type "setstage MQ202 160" the door should open and then you can talk to esbern.

I think this glitch is a sadistic reference to a movie Max was working on at the time, Incredibly Loud and Very Close, in which Max von Sydow plays an unhelpful old mute. Kind of like the way Esbern is when this glitch happpens to him.
