  • At 0.06 second, notice the flexors of thigh, iliopsoas, quadriceps femoris and sartorius in action!

  • At 0.01 sec, peroneus longus and peroneus brevis help in straightening the foot and biceps femoris helps to keep knee straigh and gluetus muscles stab the side of the pelvis which is in air

  • AT 0.16 sec, see insertion of biceps femoris and semiteninosus and semi-membranosus
