shure you can make brown sugar molasses is added to sugar to make brown sugar
so just add molasses

@ulatho Hi there. Add the cinnamon in with your dry ingredients - "In bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking powder and baking soda, salt and cinnamon." Hope this helps.

It was a different recipe but when i made these cookies mine came out like bread, kind of thick and doughie in the middle eventhough they were brown on top, not very cookie-like (although still good to eat, like sweet bread). I think i might have made them to thick or to big bec when i was spreading them on the cookiesheet i knew i was going to have to use another tray but i was too tired so i just made them fit however my cookies werent bigger than normal oatmealcookies? I used bakingpowder...
