DO this exercise! Feel the difference.
VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
The psoas muscles depend upon the spring in the step of well-functioning lower legs and feet to help bring the legs forward in walking. Without that spring, the psoas muscles become overburdened and conditioned to a higher level of tension, leading to groin pain, a predisposition to groin pulls, deep pelvic and abdominal pain, and back pain.
| * | Do this: follow the instructions in this video for one leg and do a standard calf-stretch for the other. Then, walk and compare. Feel the difference. | * | See also, Somatic Transformational Exercises for Easy Walking (complementary, different program) -
