Thanks, in the begining, i didn't like the idea of upload this form, but nobody did this before so, is the only reason. Today think twice before upload something, i mean... i see a lot of people saying that: "i'm the first doing a bruce lee form" bulls#it. In the end of this video there's a response for a move, check it.

Metal, heavy ones. I could not find others like them. I bought them long ago and I think no longer manufactured.
