Freshman 15 - Iman

Freshman 15 Round Deux Video.

Here are the 15 reasons why I should be it this year's Freshman 15.

1. I LOVE Seventeen. I grew up with it. Come grow up with me.
2. I love tennis, and I finally get to play. I'm playing intramural tennis at Brown. P.S., Serena Williams is my tennis/fashion icon.
3. I always update my Facebook, so readers will be able to see what COLLEGE LIFE is all about. Twitter too!
4. My high school classmates thought I was quiet and tame. In college, I'm going to show my WILD side.
5. From TENNIS to Sugar Bear Dance Team to Class of 2014 Student Council, I will be very active in college.
6. I'm the first person from my school to go to Brown in 15 years. I want to INSPIRE kids from my high school to apply to Ivy Leagues. (I want to be as influential as Katie Washington, a 2006 grad from my high school and the first African American valedictorian at the University of Notre Dame.)
7. I have learned so much from the Freshman 15. I want to make a difference in the year's readers lives just like the past Freshman 15 made a difference in mine :-) Pay it forward.
8. I'm double majoring in Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology with a concentration with Pre-Medicine. Oh the highs and lows of double majoring...
9. Coming from a public school in the inner city, I know there are people who expect me to fail at an Ivy League school like Brown. And I can't wait to prove them WRONG.
10. I received about $10,000 in outside scholarships. I can help readers by giving them scholarship advice. $$$$$
11. I'm positive, perky, and always doing something INTERESTING! There's never a Dull moment with me.
12. I love meeting new people. I'm outgoing and the complete opposite of the wallflower I was in the ninth grade.
13. I'm in a LONG Distance Relationship. 960 miles lon. But, we know we can make it work ♥
14. I'm passionate about my social and academic lives. I can balance a 4.0 and the responsibilities of a social butterfly.
15. College is a Journey, and I want you to come along for the ride. Are you ready? I am!
