CARRABELLE — Independent gubernatorial candidate Lawton "Bud" Chiles III is a defendant in seven lawsuits stemming from a construction business currently in bankruptcy and a foreclosed condo development.
Most of the suits are either foreclosure cases or claims that Chiles and his partners did not pay leases for construction equipment.
Sound like a man that Florida needs for a leader ???.

Florida is too strong of a state to have national rankings in any category near the bottom. Just last week I heard that our lawmakers were considering the Prepaid College Fund for patching budget shortfalls. Wrong!!!

While the production values are adequate, what Mr. Chiles proposes is more than adequate. His views are profound and outline the changes needed today and tomorrow.
