@SpecialKally These measurements are for the BodyMagic only. With the corsets and the tshirt lights etc. there are different ways to measure each specific garment. If you visit the main ardyss website or connect with your upline they should be able to provide you with the different measuring charts/information guides. I hope this helps!

Great video. You ladies did a wonderful job. I measure a little differently in the abdominal area though. Since the garment has to reach around the LARGEST area of the stomach i take that measurement instead of the waist line. Sometimes their waist is a LOT smaller than their stomach and that can makes a big difference in the size if the person wants to be more comfortable than compressed. Dallas, TX 774-327-3977

@Allenharvest Great point! Depending on the woman's shape and her desired outcome, she may be looking for a bit more flexibility in her garment. When measuring the waist you are normally measuring one of the smaller parts of the mid-section. If a woman would like less compression and a bit more comfort keep that in mind :)
