It seems that you're using Final Cut Studio to de-saturate and Motion to track. That effect is interesting, but the editing and shots of facial expressions are fantastic. It's clear that people react very differently to a DSLR than to a video camera, and they seem to think that you are shooting still shots. I love the transitions to and from "the shot," it gives a "vogue" feeling to the entire piece.

Your other recent videos show a real change in editing approach. Thanks for sharing.

@DCoffey2388 As noted elsewhere in the comments it's actually "just" someone in a gray Santa Suit and make-up. This is probably one of the first video where I've asked a lot of people to pose, rather than just shoot them (other than my Day of the Dead video) and as you've noted, yup, it creates that moment where they hold still for you....

That girl is an incredible make-up artist and actually did her face and hair and body in greyscale herself. You can find photos of her on Flickr that actually show flesh tone where the make up started to rub off on her collar towards the end of the day. No video effects here. I can vouch for that.

Cool! Great make-up! When you watch this video in highest resolution and fullscreen you can see at the beginning and at 0:09 that the gloves are actually off-white and when she opens the mouth you can see the teeth are too, you also see a little red from the mouth's inside. But at first glance one might think it's some effect.
