I am Ghost Lovers Requiem Demo Recording Session

The weekend of May 5th was both exciting and exhausting for the staff here at HDP and members of I am Ghost. We had a daunting and ambiguous task set before us: to multi-track, overdub and mix thirteen songs in preparation for the band's first ever full length record, "Lovers' Requiem". Previously, the band had enlisted the help of numerous local studios in an effort to get the demo recorded as a frame of reference for Epitaph executives. Disappointed with the overall sound these studios had delivered, lead singer Steve Juliano contacted HDP, presenting the challenge of recording and mixing the entire project in just four days.

Such a Shame, that she left the band... I really, enjoyed, I Am Ghost, because of the Violin... *sigh* Oh well. New album soon, I hear,^^
