I'm not sure where this was recorded, however it was not the closing ceremonies of the Atlanta Games. She sang this in the Opening Ceremonies of those games, however it was with a much larger choir. David Foster is playing piano and conducting. I feel badly for those children having to wear such hideous costumes - LOL!

Géniale !! je suis fan de céline dion depuis 7 ans (jai 15 ans actuellement ^^) et j'adore tout d'elle !! sa voix son charisme sa simplicité sa generosité et j'en oublie beaucoup !!

Oh shut the fuck up about Regine - yes she's good but I bet most people outside the Philippines would never have heard of her! When she becomes the best selling female artist of all time like Celine, you can argue Regine's case then!

Celine did not sing at the closing ceremony. The Children of Atlanta did. They would not have performed the same song twice.
