It's been a long winter. A real long winter. We were averaging a major storm every 2 weeks. That was the average. The Tie Fighter sees action all year round but conditions this year were so bad I got zero back road runs in this winter. Today the temperature was above 45 degrees and the snow and ice has subsided enough to get a few turns in.

Was watching Mulisha911's night drive video... check it out here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UK2EzuRWeFE and decided to take you all out for a quick little section I like. Hope you enjoy. When the weather gets nicer I will hook the mic up and put the camera outside the car.

  • Dude, love the video. I do like the quality of sound you get with this camera. Seems cleaner than most. I will have a video coming soon.

  • @panzr110 The audio get's a lot clearer with a simple directional mic you can buy at Radio Shack for 30 bucks, the kind you clip onto your shirt, interview style. Plugs right into the back of the camera I used here. (go to my channel in the Drive playlist and watch "Cross Town Traffic)

The on board mic you see here is convenient because it is molded into the chord from the recording device to the lens so you can never leave it behind by accident.

  • Nice video buddy. It was nice to just hear that engine growl, awww I just want to take my car out, but I 'm not sure if that'll happen for march even. We still have lots of snow on the ground up here, and the weather is still cold, so I don't see it leaving this year until April. Anyway, great video dude, thanks for take me for a ride and boosting my spirits.
