MuscleMagFitness.com Trainer Jeff Behar demonstrates the proper way to perform a flat bench dumbbell flye movement. This movement targets the pecs (chest). Unlike bench press, flies are an isolation exercise which can recruit more of the pecs. Note: this dumbbell chest exercise requires balance and control since the arms are working separately.
