Litefoot - "Call Me Hostile" (OOP)

In the summer of '95 Litefoot hooked up with Kid Frost to create Litefoot's best album to date. Together they mix a native message with G-Funk and the Westcoast attitude. And it works. Not only is the production excellent, the lyrics are satisfying as well. Litefoot, a Cherokee, was the first Native American to grab the Hip-Hop mic and let it be known that Native Americans are more than the stereotype.

It actually means something to me. I'm a full-blood one tribe Native and I got this CD personally autographed by Litefoot himself at the Gathering of Nations.

I brought a boombox and this CD in grade school whenever they had the play land run on the playground.

Needless to say, the play land run was put to a stop and this CD was never the same since then!
