  • I think they really should do this with with same computer to proof something. Just using dualboxing and software which sends data to both running games at same time. First show it with motherboard unit and then killernic unit and see the difference.

  • also really think it should be done to test the system with what you said, have witnessed some NIC in action like the performance of the same hope that when my purchase has neither a problem!

  • Well, in that case the card is worth $19, not $179. lol

  • The system w/ the killer card receives the jump much faster than the other computer. Impressive considering the following:

The card has enough of an impact that simply pushing 1 button showed a quicker response than the other system. IF that is just 1 button, think about all the keyboard buttons+mouse clicks that are in use constantly.

I love my Killer K1 & Xeno Pro. Definitely kills all the client side lag issues & gets my shots/spells in FIRST above others who don't use a killer nic. =D

  • The difference is very small. id have like to have seen you test this in a high population area such as a main city in wow. Also id like to know some more info such as the specks of both computers. And what was the ping of both computers.

  • If the one with the killer in is a computer then obviously it's gunna show the jump first because movement is clientside (If you jump disconnected you can still jump) so in that case the card has NOTHING to do with it

  • @IntelliMoo troller

  • And you're asking how is it possible, because both Pcs are on the same internet?

The killer nic have activated Nagle Algorithm in the regestry of Windows, but the other nic have it standard disabled..

It's a big fake/blame to advertise with a free regestry "hack"

  • this has nothing to do with the Nic, you're seeing it earlier because of the general ping to the wow server.

  • im sure it could be wireless if his PC was the "host" pc for the wireless.

  • My hidden point is,

even that other computers has same parts and same OS installed in, they are still unique computers and always will be.

Each components has quality difference and each components has billion tiny parts which have their own quality. And what comes to OS, there are so many things which may effect. You never can't be sure what's difference on first OS installation or second one and how files are localized in hard drivers as physically
