  • Chomsky is an amazing man. However, it's very difficult to listen to him talk because one has to be willing to hear him out which can take a while. He tells us things which are so alien to mainstream discourse that he has to spend a lot of time explaining what he means and using supporting evidence. Most people simple aren't prepared to listen for long enough for Chomsky to be effective.

  • The reason people don't have enough background information to understand what Chomsky is talking about is because they pay too much attention to the mainstream media. The average American is rather satisfied with manufactured consent for its government's policies.

  • RIght, Ask anyone in the 3rd world, specially in central and south america and people know that nothing good comes from the north.

America is a very surreal place when it comes to manipulation of information.

It is only a matter of time until this attrocious empire will fall. For the sake of the 3rd world and 5 billion people it's long overdue for this to end.

It is just so simple when a gifted intellectual like NC puts it in such an elegant manner.

  • it's the biggest tragedy of our times that Chomsky is heard by so few!

  • well put.

  • lova ya noam.
