FREEDOM WATCH WITH JUDGE NAPOLITANO

In Tarpon Springs, Florida law enforcement confiscated the cell phone and camera of two college students Tommy Frain and William Kilgore. The young men were simply filming an arrest. These two freedom fighting patriots belive quite correctly that it is their first ammendment right to film the police in public and yet, they are being told by law enforcement that they do not have the right to film the police. America if we can't keep an eye on the police, how can we keep them accountable to the people they've sworn to serve and protect.
