Is it just moe or is the aproach and takeoff of the rock drop sketchy? I'll hit it one of these days.

it's not that sketch, it just requires new snow... at least 1-2 feet if you want to be safe...

Is the burn a black because of its steepness or because of the trees?

A little bit of both... it's not that steep, but the trees and stumps make for some tight skiing at times
