So you came to china for completely and totally selfish reasons? wow ok you so are feeding the chinese people's stereotypes about how foreigners only come to china for selfish reasons ie women, easy money etc. This is exactly what they resented during the imperial times about foreign nations. I dont think it is wise that see foreigners doing the same nowadays. Oh, and playing video games, riding bike etc you think these are the truely important things in life? Gimme a break man

Someone once said to me, if you wanna change the world, first find a way to make it profitable, then the rest will follow. One thing you can do is position yourself to profit from the liberalization which, though it may be slow, it's coming and will only accelerate.
For example, have you thought of teaching an economics course?

That's my long term plan - I've kind of spent a lot of money on the assumption that I'm going to stay here - with that very hope in place. I could be wrong though.
Someone might let me teach Business English at some point - but I doubt I'll be teaching econ anytime soon.

Thanks for this video. What you say is what I would expect of the Chinese. However, I still think that they are a great people to live among.
