@DKSLIDER86 cheap ones yes. turbo setup without a dumpvalve. but if you have flutter UNDER boost you have a problem.

You are right. the engine don`t need a BOV, because the 3.8 cubic inch will consume the force air before it can back lash to the turbo compressor wheel. 30psi+ (800hp) may require BOV. Very nice car. excellent swap. 5*

Definitely sounds like a turbo V6 Buick 3.8, the flutter is the compressor surging, a blow off valve would help with it if you wanted to. Is this an intercooled V6? Or the 84-85 non intercooled engine?

ya, its an 87 GN motor, intercooled, but i dont need no BOV, its perfect the way it is.
