  • Woohoo! Youtube restored the audio! Many thanks!

  • If you click on my profile, you should be able to see another copy of this video with audio. Hopefully WMG won't disable it, understanding that this video is for non-profit viewing, celebrating the efforts of the US Army Medical Department in combat.

  • This was scored to Van Halen's "Right Now." I was very surprised when YouTube stripped the audio. I guess the record companies are more concerned with royalties than supporting troops.

  • I am also a nursing student. You will make alot more money out in the public sector than in the military sector. You already served, so why go back and make less? The military has its own home-grown nurses anyhow. Maybe you can join as a reserve or something?

  • I'm guessing that you are unfamiliar with the military as the compensation for the nursing career field, both salary and graduate education, is far superior to the civilian sector.

I always remember my husband he said: "There's nothing classified or secret about we do. At the end of the day, it's just all about saving lives!", I am proud of him, he is my hero in my life forever!

God Bless Our military and their families!!

  • I am a medical officer's wife!

Have to reminded everyone of how long ago your fathers (mothers)... were forging this country with their sweat and?

I will wonder, probably more than once, what it was would be enjoying such prosperity and freedom like we do today. God bless everyone and your family; Especially of our Military hero!

I just signed my commissioning papers for the Air Force Nurse Corps...I already got a pay raise from the time that I submitted my application and more credit towards the next rank. The private sector is filled with too many voices and personalities and can be chaotic at times. I hope the military is structured differently. I think every nursing student should do at least 2 to 3 years in the services.
