Since the Klon vs Bad Monkey video has been so popular, I thought it might be fun to show the Bad Monkey's speaker sim function as well. Here it is straight into the computer with a bit of reverb added for room.
I think the Strat sounds better with it; the Floyd's humbuckers are just too hot. What do you think? Either way, these pedals can be had for less than US$50 with a bit of searching so they're pretty good value for money. :)

For me using the Boss metal distortion pedals and the MXR fullbore metal since i play a lot of the heavier stuff. Im DEFINATELY checking this thing out. I've always wanted to do a bit of rock n' roll rehab before going back to metal hahaha

Wow! I nearly forgot I've had one of these sitting in a box in my closet for several years because when I first tried it,I didn't like it much.I think I may now have to dig it out and give it one more chance!

@Burgerman666 what's a speaker sim? you mean if you connect a stomp box to a computer you can use the computer like an amp?

in reference to your "more info," single coils are more versatile than humbuckers, unless you want a 80's metal tone. but i blocked off my strat like claptons
