Downtown Miami New Renter Hot Spot - Condo Vultures®

ABC TV News Miami's Todd Tongen explores how Greater Downtown Miami is emerging as a strong rental market as tenant move into the nearly 22,250 condos built during the real estate boom.

Renters leased nearly 4,000 condo in Greater Downtown Miami in 2010 at an average price of $1.73 per square foot per month. In 2009, renters leased 3,600 condos at an average of $1.52 per square foot per month, according to data from the Bal Harbour, Fla.-based real estate consultancy Condo Vultures® LLC.
