Sunny Side Of The Street (Harry Connick Jr.) - Cover

Me playing the song "Sunny Side Of The Street" the way Harry Connick Jr plays it on his album "Harry Connick Jr (solo piano)" released in 1987.

Actually, I tried to perform exactly the way he performs that piano piece by listening to it several times (so, NO SHEET MUSIC, for those who ask, and I won't write any sheet music (too complicated)). So, no improvisation at all, as well. (and...sorry for the wrong notes...)

PS: Please, don't let comments like "get a real piano" or "keyboards don't sound good", etc. (as I could read it)
I would definitely have a real piano if I could...

Moi en train de jouer "Sunny Side of The Street" à la façon dont Harry Connick Jr. joue cette chanson au piano dans son album "Harry Connick Jr. (solo piano)" sorti en 1987.

En fait, j'ai essayé d'être le plus fidèle possible à son interprétation. Je l'ai trouvée à l'oreille, je n'ai donc pas de partition de la version de ce morceau (et n'en ferai malheureusement pas, pour ceux qui se poseraient la question).

Si vous aviez l'album en question, merci de me laisser vos impressions (par comparaison entre les 2 interprétations), même si je suis conscient d'être loin d'avoir le niveau d'Harry Connick. Et désolé pour les fausses notes ;)

PS: Merci de ne plus me laisser de commentaires du style "achète un vrai piano", etc (comme j'ai pu le lire). Si je pouvais jouer sur un vrai piano, il y a longtemps que j'en aurais un ;)

Tough song to play, and you did a great job. Important to note that the COMPOSER of this music is Jimmy McHugh -- you should give him credit (as opposed to Harry Connick, Jr.)

I love Harry's version, too -- your playing is wonderful! I'm a classical pianist and can't play like this for my life, but I greatly admire it!

Great performance. I am familiar w HCJ's style (I've transcribed several of his tunes as well) and I thought you nailed it. I know you don't transcribe, but if you recorded the performance as a MIDI file, any notation program would transcribe it for you...
