i stopped playing the game 2 years ago because i got stuck there, i can collect all the rupees except that one, i have beaten the normal ocarina of time on my n64 plenty of times. the masterquest on my gamecube, ehh ALMOST

I used the Megaton hammer.

AT the top of the platform movement quickly hit the megaton hammer twice. It has to be at the right part of the rupee when it goes through link.

It takes the rigt timing at the exact spot.

Be careful. It doens't work all the time but it will eventually work when you are at the right spot.
