I was at Pittodrie that day as a wee loonie. There were people on the roof of the Paddock...if I remember correctly someone tied himself to a flagpole on the roof with his belt.
'We Are the Champions' was played over the Tannoy about 79 times.

Legendary stuff. Wasn't born when this happened so is a dream come true to watch it. Probably will greet when i watch this after a few beers ! Cheers.

Great video, this was when Grampian TV still made their own programmes. It's a shame, if the Dons ever did win the SPL again, it would be very unlikely such a programme would be made, given it has now been taken over by the west coast STV.
