At some dealerships, cars are still rolling off the lot but they continue to move very slowly. So could a retooled GM actually be good for the auto industry as a whole? (June 1)

  • @X2N18 GM is dying in usa! There are slling a lot of cars in venezuela and ppl like them :D my dad works at GM!

  • and same can happens to honda and toyota...

this is why i Don't get my hopes up i always loved muscle cars but im realist GM is dying faster than ever

same can happens to honda or toyota... maybe not now but you never know...

    the mind betrays sometimes...

  • dude get your head out of the gutter, general motors is rated up there with honda and toyota on quality and fuel efficency

  • my dads chevy minivan is at 140000 and running good and my moms chevy silverado is at 650000 and running good, i still dont know why all there ppl are saying o this cars shit blah blah blah

  • Yes, their planned obsolescence, thankfully rendered them obsolete

  • Good point, people think we're anti-American or whatever they want to call it. That's not the case. We just get tired of people and a corp. expecting us to pay top dollar for their junk cars (GM) GMs cars aren't selling for the same reason Mitsubishi's cars aren't selling.

  • Aveo's aren't even American cars persay. They're built in Korea, have an American moniker slapped on them and literally shipped here.

  • rrs540, when it comes to GM, you were lucky to get the lucky wild card versions. Most of GM's cars have been lemons

  • well I know its "popular" to jump on the Hate GM bandwagon but fuck that. I have two GM vehicles and they have been great cars, my Suburban has over 130,000 miles and my Escalade just broke 70,000 miles. Meanwhile My Great Aunt's Camry is having transmission problems. It all really depends on how you take care of your car really. GM's bankruptcy was due to mismanagement.
