This was their first encounter and Filho was undefeated but Mr Perfect was just on his game here. Mr Perfect was just getting aggressive and also tacticful with his strikes. Great fight.

Saa! Enjoii!!
@scarred10 i agree with you that the japanese judges are corrupt, that was proven when Zambidis fought against Masato but neither of these fighters are Japanese so there's no reason for them to take sides. This fight was not at all one-sided.

@yardkyle japs cant judge, thats well known(or are corrupt, also well known),filho oked at ernesto with his legs and had zero hand skills(he is heavy handed though but just has no skill)

@scarred10 well obviously it was close if he won by decision. Filho landed plenty of good shots. He was maybe just too confident because he was unbeaten at this point.

@yardkyle it wasnt even close, filho had no idea what to do and landed nothing effective the entire fight.Hoost wasnt agressive enough and could easily have finished if he tried.

@KrnSniper01 Yeah, it is definitely what makes fights one of the most interesting sports...variables.

@dirtywhiteboymma Yes! I love seeing fighters with different style from Muaythai. It makes matches (stylistically) more interesting.

Filho REALLY makes his Kyokushin stance & style work, here. Nice to see someone adapt.
