  • @nabilhf Ingredients

90 gr egg whites (about 3) leave it out for 1 days

    30 gr granulated sugar

    200 gr powdered sugar

110 gr ground almonds (or Bob's Red Mill almond meal/flour)

2 tablespoons of whatever flour you want your shells to be..

remember it all about technique and your oven temperature. Good luck ;)

  • hey, just wanted to say that your macaroons are great! but around 2:33 and beyond, you said to 'mix', i just wanted to let everyone know that to incorporate the almond+ sugar and the eggwhite mixture, you'll need to fold it in. mixing it vigorously can reduce the incorporated air and your macaroons might not turn out as nice. but just wanted to say that the person who made this vid did a great job!

  • Soo.... We meet again 240 p...
