  • Say what you will about how the TAM looks, those of us who have one can sit back and appreciate the fact that the value is only going up on these machines. There are few Macs that increase or even hold their value, the TAM is one of them. You can buy a new Mac Pro and it might be worth a couple grand in the next year or two, but what about ten years? The TAM is increasing in value. A used TAM just sold for 1500.00 last week on eBay. A MIB sold for 7300.00.

  • Not one of his or Apple's greatest moments, or the Cube!

  • Call me crazy, but for the time that hast to be the best looking personal computer.

  • @tuckbodi Can you explain what you as your iTunes Server kiosk and Signal?

  • he reminds me of james dyson!

they sort of explain things in the same manner.

  • wow jon, you haven't changed a bit.

  • It was well designed for the time. It was farrrrrrrrr too expensive for what you actually got.

  • @Tommytuffnuttz mib?

  • To all those saying the TAM is ugly, you couldn't be further from the truth. I have one in my entertainment center and I still use it at parties playing music through Signal to my iTunes server (custom kiosk display). As the music changes the screen updates with cover art and you can even control the music. SO many people always comment on how cool the TAM looks, even these many years later. You who critique obviously don't have one. And mine cost $2500, dropped from the $7500 mentioned.

  • he looks better hairless
