ur an idioit Theprofasho, if they make weed legal it be still considered a drug ( like alcohol ) so u wouldn't be able to smoke up whenever, Can u drink at work? NO i dont think so. So if they make it legal there so be like terms. When you can smoke up or something or how much can u smoke , they got the new laws, about smokin up and driving. they can detect the amount.

i smoke but i DONT think it should be legalized. all you ppl who think it should be legalized need to think more about why its illegal other than just saying its not bad for you. when i get high and go to a fast food place, i cant even count the change to buy my food, i have the cashier do it for me. what about engineers, programmers, and all those jobs; businusses cant run when ppl smoke and dont know what they doin. also, you should smoke privately, in home. so u shouldnt get caught anyway bye

Marijuana effects everyone differently, I have never needed a cashier to count my money for me, no matter how stoned I was; i mean are you serious? Marijuana needs to be decriminalized so that true modern research can be performed. Saying it will stifle business is just ridiculous, and asinine. Alcohol is legal. The shit needs to be decriminalized because so many resources are being wasted trying to eliminate it. Its another social control, I mean listen to the truth.

All made sense, except Robert Benham. He stated he believed it should remain illegal but gives a reason that is the opposite of his opinion.

"The problem is the standard of conduct in our community now is being determined by the courthouse, but the standard of our community ought to be set in our homes, in our communities, churches."

By stating this he says that we should decide this within our families, churches, community, not the court houses, thus the court houses should continue to decide

If it was legal I would get high before church and then the bible would definately sound more interesting. I used to read it stoned and I couldnt put the book down for a while.

All the speakers I thought were dead on except of course the last one who it appeared is a supreme court justice. His statements to me sound as if he is the dictator of his home & apparently wants to be the dictator of your home as well.

I also personally don't care for people to be giving me the middle finger when they speak.
