Why does anyone laugh at this question? This is the most important question that need to be answered and done something about. Why is the Federal government worried about a plant so much? I think the DEA ia a criminal organization.

Your an imbecile. Enjoy supporting the same legislation that cartels love, and have actually thanked the USA for.. They only make 60% + of their money from cannabis.. And cartel leaders are only ranked amongst some of the richest men in the world.. No biggie right?.. Even if it happens to be less addictive then caffeine, less dangerous then a hamburger and less intoxicating then alcohol. Not to mention our spending of hundreds of billions on its prohibition to no avail. Very rational!

@2bpilot There's tons of scientific studies on the effects of meth and none of them are beneficial. That's like saying I raise pit bulls and you raise lions. Of course they should shut you don't that shit's dangerous lol! You do release that Alcohol is more debilitating that marijuana right? You know theres tons of studies on marijuana and most of the results are beneficial, especially for people with chronic pain. Why keep the drug illegal if the drug is less threatening than Nicotine?

@2bpilot Now with an outstanding number of PEOPLE using this drug but minorities are primarily arrested for this, it calls a lot of law enforcement tactics into question. I live in a predominately black quite neighborhood loaded with middle class working families. Cops patrol these streets 24/7. The same police presents isn't witness in predominately white neighborhoods in this area (Atlanta). Police profiling has created a situation in which minorities get caught using 10x more than whites.

@2bpilot You're clearly upset, but surely you can find some legitimacy in their argument. Its not boo hoo poor black man, its lets rise up against institutionalized racism. We all know that marijuana is used by lots of people of many different races and cultures. However in GA alone 58% of all marijuana arrests are minorities. Surveys in the GA University system done by public health students at GSU, Clark, and Morehouse show that a greater percentage of white college students use this drug.
