and let me just say that i am also sorry for what you went through. i have been there before to.. way before i worked at BOA.
that was why when i worked there i helped the customers more then the bank...
if i was working there when this happened i would have refunded you the charge.
and if this happens again i recommend filing a complaint with the BBB, because the bank will have to reply..

i use to work for BOA and they even tried cheating me.... yes one of there own employees.. then they stopped paying me. when i brought the error to there attention i was just told to wait 4 business days i was told that about 5 times so that is 20 days which is 4 working weeks and when i told them that if i was still not going to be paid may no be able to make it in the next day just because of how far i was driving.i was then told not even to brother showing back up ever and to just leave now

wachovia and washington mutal do this too....ive had to fil;e disputes multiple times. give them the finger and go back to plain ol cash and prepaid visas. thats what we had to do. banks dont give a shit about people like u & i. look how this year alone they put thousands of americans out on the street while were all scrambling looking for jobs just to scrape by to support our families, my fiance and i have been unemployed for the last year. & unemployment checks sucked dry my bank piss me off.

I Feel your pain. I am cancelling both my BOA accounts because of the same thing. I think my situation was even worse though. I had over 13 thoousand in the bank. BOA froze my account causing all pending transactions to be overdrawn and charged me 9 overdraft charges and then when the account was unfrozen they refused to refund the charges. Thats a ripoff. I am finished with them just as sonn as I cn get to the bank to cancel my accounts
