Dude, I'm with the whole "fuck the man" mindset, screw the industry and all that. The way I see this is as a win/win situation. Fuck it, let Mobi have the 3G first, let them use our likes/petition signings, at the end of it all, we get what want, faster internet. I say let the industry do wtv they can to get this started as long as we get our half.

Long story short. A private company is welcome to duopolize the internet if the government don't want to do anything about our problem. ( at least we'll have a cheaper / faster internet ! )
Actually the way I see it moby is pushing the gov. to enable 3G even faster to stay ahead of private companies IF WHAT YOU SAY IS CORRECT.
We don't even have an operating government! so the gov must be pressured to move it's ass !

@hicham248 Sure, as long as they don't lie to the people to do it. Tricking thousands of people by saying that "Lebanese Want Fast Internet" is a public cause made by ordinary Lebanese citizens and lying about the page's original hosting and funding is a whole different issue. Seeing how much trouble they took to hide those facts, one has to wonder what the real purpose of that page is.
